		<description>That little cellular radio causes all sorts of complications when you start thinking about opening up this system to outside developers.  Code, intentionally malicious or otherwise, can do some crazy shit and the fallout wouldn't necessarily be constrained to hosing just one device.  While i'm not a fan of requiring a developer sig system, it is impossible to get around the fact that some sort of mechanism has to be in place to enforce accountability and quality assurance in the apps that are distributed.  I wish i could offer my own answer, but one really doesn't come to mind.</description>
